Hillsboro 2020 is a plan for the future, developed by the people who live and work in the community. Now in the second decade of implementation, the Vision and Action Plan represent a collaborative and proactive effort on behalf of Hillsboro citizens, businesses and government to shape the growth and development of their community over a 20-year horizon. The Vision is a picture of the community in the year 2020, as seen by citizens from a variety of backgrounds, cultures and interests.

Hillsboro 2020 Vision Town Hall!

Join us at the 13th annual Hillsboro 2020 Vision Town Hall at the season opening of the Tuesday Marketplace! This free, family event will feature interactive displays, kid’s activities, a strolling magician, fun giveaways, lots of information about our great community and surprise entertainment!

Pick up a passport at the Hillsboro 2020 booth and visit our Lead Partner exhibitors. The first 150 people to complete a passport and answer a survey question will receive a free insulated, reusable bag and entry in to the raffle drawing where you could win Hillsboro Hops tickets, gift certificates for the Walters Cultural Arts Center, SHARC, Washington County Museum and more!
